Skills Coaching at UCLAN Arena
UCLAN Sport Arena, Preston
9.00am to 10.30am on Saturdays at the UCLAN Sports Arena’s closed road circuit. Aimed at riders of all ages, these sessions will provide progressive coaching sessions for new riders looking to gain confidence on a bike and learn some basic skills through to advanced riders looking to hone their skills and improve their fitness. The sessions are focussed on general skills so a mountain bike, cyclocross bike or road bike will be fine for this session.
