• Youth A/B 6:30pm, approx 20 laps
• Youth C 7:10pm, approx 8 laps
• 2/3/4 7:30pm, approx 30 Laps. 

There will be small prizes on each night, not part of a points series.

Entry on the night only. Sign on closes 15 mins before each event.

Tonight's Club Night will be the first planning session for the Hoghton Tower cyclocross race.

The final round of this season’s Crank It series will return to the popular venue of Gisburn Forest. 

As well as being a great course for spectating, the venue also offers an abundance of extra trails, Gisburn Forest Bike Hub & Cafe and even a Gruffalo Trail!

Racing starts at 10:00am. Youth riders get two races within this event with points and prizes awarded for the overall result:

9.00am to 10.30am on Saturdays at Preston Sports Arena’s closed road circuit. Aimed at riders of all ages, these sessions will provide progressive coaching sessions for new riders looking to gain confidence on a bike and learn some basic skills through to advanced riders looking to hone their skills and improve their fitness.

Simon is leading this ride. Meet at the club at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start.

Club Rides

Details of evening rides to be communicated in advance of the events by the volunteer who has created the route. Details will include estimated; speed, distance, route and duration.

Rides to start and return at clubhouse.

These events are typically open to all members based on their ability to ride at a moderate pace, safely on the public highway. All junior riders must be accompanied (suggested lower age of 11 but this is subject to the ability of the rider)

9.00am to 10.30am on Saturdays at Preston Sports Arena’s closed road circuit. The coaching for less experienced riders will use the smaller loop on the track while the more advanced riders will use the larger loop of the track.

£3.00 per session for Red Rose Olympic and other local club members

Sign on opens at 8:40 in the CSP club room and closes 20 minutes before the start of your race.

Circuit is open for warm up from 9:15 to 9:45 and 14:10 to 14:40

Cog Set is looking forward to hosting another friendly yet exciting youth race series - welcoming back regular competitors and hopefully welcoming some new faces too.
