Tonight Jez will be leading a roller skills session. 

Cog Set is looking forward to hosting another friendly yet exciting youth race series - welcoming back regular competitors and hopefully welcoming some new faces too.

9.00am to 10.30am on Saturdays at Preston Sports Arena’s closed road circuit. Aimed at riders of all ages, these sessions will provide progressive coaching sessions for new riders looking to gain confidence on a bike and learn some basic skills through to advanced riders looking to hone their skills and improve their fitness.

The coaching for less experienced riders will use the smaller loop on the track while the more advanced riders will use the larger loop of the track.

£3.00 per session for Red Rose Olympic and other local club members

The NW Regional Youth Circuit Championships is only open to riders residing in the North West Region, riders from other regions will not be accepted.

There will be Regional Medals for the top 3 riders in all Youth Categories, subject to enough riders/race.

There will be separate races for Girls and Boys in U16, U14 and U12.

U16 Girls and U14 Girls may be combinded depending on entries and distances adjusted accordingly.
