UPDATE: Race preview at NWCCA.

Haigh Hall in Wigan is the venue for this round of the NWCCA League.

Easily Accessible from the M6 Junction 27 or the M61 Junction 5 or 6 It is well signposted.

Parking in official car parks only, these are pay and display and you must pay on exit.

Please do not litter and only jet wash in the designated area close to the pits.

Barrow Central Wheelers are pleased to be hosting a Cyclocross event in the North West League at Glaxo Sports Club.  It will be a full day's racing on a technical course which in the past has been used for the North West championships.  There will be support from the local bike shops, Ride Bikes, Velo and Topmark.

Plenty of parking, changing rooms, bar and refreshments, come and join in!

We're continuing the cyclocross skills sessions. We'll build on skills learned in earlier sessions. Either a mountain bike or cyclocross bike will be fine.

Meet at 9am at Moor Park, at the car park across from Deepdale Stadium. The session will take place at various locations within the park.

New venue: Meet at 9am in the Cottam Community Centre car park.

Horwich Cycling Club is hosting the Horwich Humdinger 2017 cyclocross race at Leverhulme Park, Bolton.

Now the cyclocross season is underway we're continuing the cyclocross skills sessions. We will focus on the skills required for the next NWCCA race - the Horwich Humdinger course has some short tricky descents and some steps to run up. Either a mountain bike or cyclocross bike will be fine.

The North East Club Cluster session at the velodrome is now open to other regions.

Port Sunlight Wheelers are hosting their 2017 cyclocross race at Bebington Oval, Wirral.

The course is part of the Bebington Oval Sports Centre complex. Car parking is available with toilets in a club house adjacent to the course.

Blackpool Youth Cycle Association are providing winter training at Salt Ayre Sports Centre, Lancaster.

Who is it for?

These winter training sessions are for: Junior, Youth A, Youth B and Youth C riders going into Youth B on 1st Jan 2018. Riders should have group riding experience.

The Yorkshire Club Cluster session at the velodrome is now open to other regions.
