Here's your chance to get ready for the first NWCCA race of the 2019 season on Sunday with a Red Rose Olympic cyclocross coaching session. The session is open to riders of all ages and we'll have a couple of groups so we can have advanced riders honing their skills and novice riders learning some important basic skills ready for the start of the season. For this week either a mountain bike or cyclocross bike will be fine.
