WHEELBASE, the UK’s largest cycle store, has a great history in Cyclocross and supporting the race scene across the UK and are pleased to bring you WHEELBASE ‘CROSS in association with Castelli and round 4 of the North West Cyclocross Association league.

Races for Under 8 to Under 16 Boys and Girls.

This round of the NWYL is a cyclocross event held in the grounds adjacent to the Salt Ayre cycle circuit.

Any roadworthy bike can be used as long as off road tyres are fitted.

The race format will consist of 1 short and 1 long race.

The legendary Cog Set catering crew will be available for drinks, cakes etc.

This year's event run by the Rotary Club of Longridge and North Preston, will be held at Barton Equestrian Centre. This is a charity event with all proceeds supporting local charities.

Horwich Cycling Club is hosting the Horwich Humdinger 2018 cyclocross race at Leverhulme Park, Bolton.
